Conduit Locating At Hospital - Cook County, Illinois

GPRS was contacted by Tac Construction of Hickory Hills, IL to locate conduits in a concrete slab in the basement of Cook County Hospital. The customer had previously drilled into the slab and struck a conduit. By using GPR, the technician on site, Brian Cox, was able to map out the reinforcement and conduits in the slab. This enabled the customer to find a clear location to drill where they wouldn’t hit another conduit. By contacting GPRS, the customer saved themselves from potential costly repairs.
