Conduit Locating - Piscataway, New Jersey

Hatzel & Buehler has been part of a remodel of an Ericsson facility in central New Jersey. As part of this, numerous locations were to be saw-cut and trenched through the ground floor. Hatzel & Buehler was aware that there were live conduits present running both in and just under the slab. They had already used GPRS for this type of work many times at the site and gave them another call.

They contacted Jim James of the New York, NY office and he quickly mobilized to their site. Jim was able to quickly plot out the exact location of any conduits that may be running through any one of their 15 trenching locations using GPR which will work for almost all “X-ray” situations without any radiation.
