Locating Possible Unmarked Graves

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems was recently called by a local environmental engineering company to locate a possible unmarked grave in Richmond, Virginia before any excavating or digging was done. The site was in an old residential neighborhood where they found what looked to be a headstone to a grave. There was concern that with this headstone being found there was an unmarked grave in the area. The area that was scanned is going to be the site for the new Virginia State University Sports Complex. GPRS, LLC. was able to respond quickly to the job and perform the scanning to make sure any unmarked graves in the area were marked out on the surface.
