Post Tension Locating - Houston, TX

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems (GPRS) of the Houston, TX office was called by Behr Construction to locate and identify the post tension reinforcement in this slab on grade foundation while marking out possible drain lines and conduits. Nate Loyola, technician on site, used GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) 1600 MHz antenna penetrating through the 6 inch slab down into the grade about 18 inches having the clarity to mark out the post tension (orange), drain lines (green) and conduits (red). This keeps the contractor safe from hitting and jeopardizing any of the post tension cables as well as keeping repair costs to a minimum.
