Utility Locating at Amusement Park - Tampa Florida

In September of 2014, Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, LLC. (GPRS) was contacted by an
amusement park in order to locate any anomalies such as electrical lines, water lines, septic lines,
gas lines, fiber optic lines and other anomalies at their location in Tampa, FL. The contractor
who was digging a trench to install new pipelines needed to make certain of where anomalies
were in order to avoid hitting them while excavating their trench path. The company contacted
GPRS of Tampa, Florida in order to know where the lines were located so they could dig their
trench will less concern of hitting any of the anomalies in the area.

Justin Rasanow of GPRS was contacted in order to perform the survey at this location. Using
our 400MHz antenna radar equipment and RD-7000, we were able to map out all of the
anomalies which were running through the areas of concern as well as provide depths to the tops
of the anomalies found. The amusement park and contractor working the job were pleased with
our results and felt relieved that they could excavate the necessary areas.
