Private Underground Utilities Located At Power Plant In Ottumwa, Iowa Peter Kessinger of GPRS-St. Louis was contacted to perform an underground utilities investigation at the Power Plant in Ottumwa, IA. The investigation resulted in locating an multiple underground utility lines. Since the results are marked with orange marking paint, the customer is able to avoid the underground utilities during digging operations. Ground Penetrating Radar is non-destructive, non-hazardous, time efficient and gives immediate results.
