Concrete Pad Scanned For Locating Steel Reinforcement

Peter Kessinger of GPRS-Boston was contacted to perform and investigate a concrete pad in order to map the path of all steel reinforcement. This information was needed in order to assist the engineers on the integrity of the pad prior to installing a new propane tank. The investigation determined and mapped the entire layout of rebar in the concrete pad. Ground Penetrating Radar is non-destructive, non-hazardous, time efficient and gives immediate results.
