An environmental group from Chicago called on Ground Penetrating Radar Systems to come scan a piece of property for them to see if any underground storage tanks could be found at this property. Before the owner of this property could sell they had to have all these test done on the soil to be sure it was not contaminated. The one important item was to scan for any tanks and if there was any found then they would need to be removed at the owners expense. Ground Penetrating Radar Systems of Chicago was able to locate the exact spot that the tank was on the property. Now the tank is able to be properly removed and the soil can be cleaned up around it.
