Utility Locating - Lovington, New Mexico

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems recently mobilized to Lovington, New Mexico to locate unknown utilities, specifically gas lines, for Arcadis-US. The technician was able to cover a large area in a short amount of time and locate all the unknown utilities in the area on the surface of the soil with precise accurate depths. There were 11 sites, each with 7 boring locations that needed to be cleared. The information provided help to ensure that no gas lines or any other utilities were severed. Each utility and boring location were also recorded with a GPS so that the drillers had precise coordinates.
